TRUST & DATA

Confidence should
have a source.

A clear account of the approach, the evidence to review and the work still required before a firm goes live.

01 / DEPLOYMENT

A dedicated environment.

The product architecture uses one instance per firm, with firm-specific configuration and branding. Deployment region, backup locations, support access and the provider schedule are agreed for the actual customer environment.

02 / DATA PROTECTION

Saudi requirements, examined in context.

The rollout plan includes a documented data inventory, processing purposes, providers and applicable transfer arrangements. Saudi hosting is one control in that assessment; it is not a blanket PDPL certification.

03 / HUMAN AUTHORITY

Review before release.

Independent approval, financial source traceability and access controls are beta acceptance requirements. The current release must be reviewed against those requirements before real investor publication.

04 / CUSTOMER IDENTITY

Your firm remains your firm.

Customer names, branding and portal presentation are configurable. The Ducat Hall company identity does not replace the customer’s own legal identity.

THE DILIGENCE CONVERSATION

Ask for the evidence
behind the approach.

We agree the scope of the evidence pack with your firm. Each item should identify its date, environment and remaining limitations.
